teaching experiences for future teachers.
- Performed extensive qualitative research in an effort to improve the university
preparation of future teachers in science education.

different professors, which included taking field notes, videotaping, interviewing,

- Completed thesis entitled, Reconceptualizing and Science Methods Course to Improve
School Science Instruction, which was accepted and presented at the prestigious
annual meeting of the National Association for Research in Science Teaching (NARST) in San
Diego, California.
