Cecelia DeLuca explains core concepts of the Earth System Modeling Framework at a May 2005 user forum hosted by NCAR's Computational and Information Systems Laboratorys. Cecelia is the technical project manager for the ESMF core implementation team, which is based in NCAR/SCD.
