NE,
Want to experiment with a Wiki?
The UCAR web group has purchased and installed a Wiki engine named Confluence from a company named Atlassian. It's better than TWiki, the Wiki engine that CSAC has been using. Confluence is a product, not open-source software, so it has better documentation and support.
I asked WEG for a "space" for NETS on the Wiki. See https://wiki.ucar.edu/display/nets/
So far, I've created only 2 pages - the one above and a page titled "BGP". It contains David's recent email message about BGP, which is a good starting point for some text that might evolve in a collaborative way. See https://wiki.ucar.edu/display/nets/BGP
It's very easy to create and edit wiki pages. You have to learn a little about wiki notation, but you need very little to be able to make decent content. It's *much* easier than HTML. The UCAR web folks have put introductory information at https://wiki.ucar.edu/
